All orders are subject to availability. By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing that all details you provide to Everything are true and accurate and that you are the/an authorized user of the credit or debit card you have used to place the order.

Once your order has been placed, we will confirm the receipt of your order by writing to the email address provided at checkout. This email will act as a statement of your paid invoice, and will include your order number and all relevant details. Please note this email is not a guarantee of the availability of all goods in your order, as sometimes errors will occur within our internal inventory. We are, after all, only humans at Everything. If an error occurs that prevents your order from being dispatched, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout and describe the error. Standard procedure will be cancelation of the order and any payment made will be refunded, unless you and Everything agree otherwise via email correspondence.

Shipping within the united states is free! international shipping is flat rate $25.00. Unfortunately we are unable to ship perfume internationally.

All shipping time frames are not guaranteed, but we do our best to process your order within 1-3 working days, and ship within 3-5 working days. Once your order leaves our hands we are unable to control unforeseen delays on the end of the mail carrier. Most packages are sent US Postal Service. You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are correctly entered and accurate at checkout. once the order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for any errors in entry of recipient’s address on the customer’s part that lead to delivery to an incorrect address, or a return to sender.

Because of our dedication to funding projects by independent artists, designers and makers, all sales made on our website are considered final sale. It should be assumed that all items listed as vintage will not be in ‘new condition’ unless otherwise listed. due to the delicate nature of vintage, antique, and artist made garments and accessories, all pieces should be worn with extreme care. If you have questions about any product listed on our website, please feel free to contact us by email with any questions and we will do our best to assist you. If you receive a product you think is defective, please contact everything@everythingstore.net with the email subject “Defective Merchandise” with a description or image of the defect.

In short, due to the nature of vintage, antique and artist made wares, at this time, all sales made through our website are final and we are not responsible for packages once they leave our hands. Please double triple quadruple check to make sure your address is entered correctly.
